Women went on strike in Iceland to protest against unequal pay and gender based violence. This social media video looks into the story, and why it might be a moment for us all to think about women's rights if the population of the world's most equal country for women are hitting the streets to protest.

As part of my reporting on ULEZ, see my data piece, I had the idea for an instagram/TikTok series following interesting counter-culture/subculture/protest movements in the UK. This reel acts as a pilot for that idea.
